About Me
I’m a professional communicator, trained mediator, certified leadership coach, and someone who believes in the quiet power of being truly heard. Through self awareness you can better see your choices and move through change with grace.
Before coaching, I spent 25 years as a communications leader in the corporate world — navigating complexity, guiding employees through change, and helping people find clarity when everything felt uncertain. I bring that same wisdom, compassion, inclusion, and strategic insight to my coaching work.
Whether you’re facing a career pivot, personal shift, loss of purpose, burnout, or an undefined what’s next, we’ll walk through your agenda together — at your pace, in your way.

Why I’m Grateful (and How That Makes Me a Better Coach)
I am exactly where I’m supposed to be. That truth didn’t come easily — but it came with clarity, healing, and deep gratitude. I wouldn’t be here without the unwavering support of my village.
To the coaches and therapists who guided me through personal trauma and professional drama — thank you. Your presence and wisdom helped me rebuild from the inside out. My friends (Kim, Eilene, Laura, Kara, Felicity, Jacquie, and more), my sister, and my husband have stood by me through thick and thin, offering love, truth, and grace when I needed it most. For them, I am endlessly grateful.
The path I’ve walked hasn’t been smooth. I’ve faced the kind of hardship that leaves lasting marks — but it’s also given me insight, strength, and the hard-won wisdom I now bring to my coaching. I’ve lived the transformation I now help others step into.
I read recently (now I can’t remember where) that life offers a thousand sorrows and a thousand joys. I believe it. I’ve lived it. And now, I’m here to help others navigate both — with compassion, clarity, and conviction.
